Options offers a broad range of services to adults with disabilities. Our homes are staffed around the needs of the consumers, and someone is available to residents at all times to assist them with any needs they have. Options is committed to helping residents achieve the maximum level of independence both at home and in the community. Residents are encouraged to learn new skills and take part in community outings of their choice.
Day Programs
Options for Community Growth Inc. Day Treatment Program is a therapeutic and recreational program. It serves those with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and TBI. Our program focuses on social interaction and community involvement.
Training
Options for Community Growth, Inc offers initial and ongoing training to current employees. All employees are paid for the time spent in training classes. We offer training for CPR/First Aid, Resident Rights, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions and much more.

WCCEAL is a group of dedicated people organized to improve the outcomes of individuals living in Wisconsin assisted living communities (ALCs). The state of Wisconsin recognized the importance of addressing quality in Assisted Living. In 2009, the Wisconsin Coalition for Collaborative Excellence in Assisted Living (WCCEAL) was formed to redesign the way quality is ensured and improved for individuals residing in ALCs. This public/private coalition utilizes a collective impact model approach that brings together the state, the industry, the consumer, and academia to identify and implement agreed upon approaches designed to improve the outcomes of individuals living in Wisconsin ALCs.

Options serves adults with a primary diagnosis of a cognitive disability including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Downs Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury and other developmental disabilities. We also work with consumers with mental health diagnosis. Options has one Adult Family Home with consumers with a cognitive disability and who are deaf. The home is physically equipped to met the needs of these consumers and the staff are proficient in American Sign Language.
Options staff are trained in HFS 83 training standards including Recognizing and Responding to Challenging Behaviors. Our trainer has designed new training to meet the needs of our consumers and provide our staff with the skills to meet the needs of our consumers.
Options Day Program serves adults with a primary diagnosis of a cognitive disability including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Downs Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury and other developmental disabilities. Most of the consumers who attend are Day Program are in the Family Care Program and their services are paid for by the members Managed Care Organization (MCO). We also except private pay.
